# Double Marker: Download Results

# Find and download final results

As a school admin, you can view your pupils' final question marks and totals in Double Marker, download a results spreadsheet, and download feedback reports for pupils and teachers.

## When results are available

Your school's allocated marking must be finished and **Confirm all marking complete** recorded. No More Marking then rescales the scores, checks the results and releases them to your school.

The task's **Stage** column shows **Results available** when results have been released. If the results pages are unavailable, check the task's stage and the explanation shown when you hover over the results navigation button. Contact No More Marking if marking is confirmed complete and you need help with results availability.

## View pupil results

1. Sign in to [Double Marker](https://double.nomoremarking.com/), open **Tasks** and select the correct task.
2. Select **Pupil Performance & Feedback**.
3. Expand **Pupil Marks and AI Feedback**.
4. Review the table. It shows each pupil's identifier, name, class group, final mark for each question and **Total final mark**. Use **Find** to locate a pupil or class.

Select a pupil's row to inspect their question results, scanned responses and transcriptions.

For an overview of the cohort, select **Question & Paper Performance**. This page shows paper and question statistics and mark distributions.

## Download the results spreadsheet

1. In **Pupil Performance & Feedback**, expand **Pupil Marks and AI Feedback**.
2. Select **Pupil Performance** above the pupil table.
3. Wait while the file is prepared. An Excel spreadsheet (`.xlsx`) downloads to your browser's usual download location.
4. Open the spreadsheet and check the pupil identifiers, names and class groups before using it in your school records or importing it into your management information system (MIS).

The spreadsheet contains the task's full results list: **Identifier**, **First name**, **Last name**, **Class group**, a final mark for each question and **Total final mark**. Use the pupil identifiers to match results to your school's records. If results are subsequently updated, download a fresh spreadsheet.

## Download feedback reports

For an individual pupil, use the download icon in their table row:

| Column | Download |
| --- | --- |
| **Pupil Report** | A PDF feedback report for the pupil. |
| **Teacher Report** | A PDF report for the teacher, with additional score and response information. |

For a class or the whole school:

1. Expand **School and Class AI Feedback** on the same page.
2. Find the class row, or use **All Pupils** for the whole task.
3. Select the download icon under **Pupil** or **Teacher**. When several reports are included, you receive a ZIP file containing individual PDFs; extract it to open the reports. A single report downloads as a PDF.
4. Use **Examiners** to download the group's examiner report as a PDF when it is available.

Some feedback reports may be unavailable even when marks can be viewed. Hover over an unavailable download icon and read any message shown on the page. If a download reports that your session has expired, sign in again and retry it.
