# Double Marker: Monitor marking and confirm completion

As a school admin, use **Marking Overview** to check how your markers are progressing and record when the task's allocated marking is finished.

| To avoid delays in processing, make sure you confirm marking is complete.
## Monitor your markers' progress

1. Sign in to [Double Marker](https://double.nomoremarking.com/), open **Tasks** and select the correct task.
2. Open **Marking Overview**, then expand **Marker Statistics**.
3. Check each marker's row using the columns below. Refresh the page when you want to see their latest saved progress.

| Column | What it shows |
| ---- | ---- |
| **Marker Name** | The marker whose work is being reported. |
| **Question Allocation** | The number of individual question responses allocated to that marker. |
| **Completed Questions** | The number of question responses for which the marker has saved a mark. |
| **Remaining Questions** | Allocated question responses still waiting to be marked, excluding work already in progress. |
| **% Progress** | The percentage of the marker's current allocation with saved marks. |

Counts refer to individual question responses, so one pupil's booklet can contribute several questions. **Remaining Questions** can reach zero while work is still in progress: also check **% Progress**. The completion message below the table checks whether any allocated response items still need a human score.

Follow up with markers whose progress has stalled or whose allocation is unfinished. Ask them to finish and save their outstanding marks, then refresh **Marking Overview** to check again.

## Confirm all marking is complete

1. Check that the expected markers have finished their allocations and any outstanding marking has been saved.
2. In **Marker Statistics**, scroll below the marker table and select **Confirm all marking complete**.
3. Check the success message. It records the confirmation date and the admin who confirmed completion.

The button is unavailable until allocations have been created and every allocated response item has a human score. Read the message above it for the reason: for example, it may show how many assigned response items have scores so far. Finish the outstanding work and refresh the page before confirming.

Confirmation closes marking for the task, including changes from marking sessions that were already open. The task can then move on to rescaling and results.

## Reopen marking if a correction is needed

On the same page, select **Reopen marking completion** and confirm the warning. This clears the marking completion record and the later results review approval. Markers can resume work if marking is enabled for the task.

After the corrections are saved, check progress again and select **Confirm all marking complete**. If marking remains unavailable after reopening, contact a platform manager.
