# Find the CJ History Quiz on Automark

Go to [__progression.nomoremarking.com__](http://progression.nomoremarking.com/) and make sure you are signed in with your No More Marking username and password. If you are a CJH subscriber, you’ll have access to the CJH quiz on Automark.

In the 3 drop down boxes at the top, select the “CJ History” progression, then choose this academic year, and then choose Year 7.

The quiz will now appear in your account. Click on the drop down button to the right to see the quiz and download it. Click on the Upload Students button to upload a spreadsheet of your students.
