# Users Security - Categories, Access and Who needs to be added as a user?

**Categories and Access**

Who needs to be added as user? 

There are different types of users a school can add to its NMM account. The level of access varies so you can decide what is best for your staff, depending on what you expect their particular roles would be. Judges in your school do not need to be added as users.

**Categories and Access**

The **Super User** has full access to the school's account.  Each school can only have one Super User.
**Admin** access gives full access to the school's account, including feedback reports and information on the judging performance of teachers.
**Reports** access restricts the user to the feedback reports.
**Finance** access restricts the user to the school's billing information.
**Hub** access restricts the user to the Writing Hub and Writing Progression site.
**Judges** do not necessarily need to be added as Users.
