# Users Security - What if my Superuser has left?

In cases where the Superuser has left and one of the users has "Admin" access. The user who has "Admin" access can assign the new superuser and remove the Superuser who left the school.

If no one in the school has access to the account, please email us at support@nomoremarking.com from an official school email account so we can verify your identity and add you to the school account.
