Getting started with No More Marking as a Trust
The Trust pages on our website are designed for Trust leaders to be a useful tool for following the subscriptions and progress of their schools, as well as downloading school and Trust/consortium-level reports.
If you haven't yet set up an individual account with No More Marking (i.e. your own account, separate to the accounts of the schools in your Trust/consortium), then first of all, please set up an account by following these steps:
- Go to https://www.nomoremarking.com and click on Sign up in the top-right of the page
- In the box that appears, click on Sign Up in the top-right, and then enter your email address and a password in the boxes.
- *Then click on SIGN UP >*
You have now set up an account on our system!
Next, now that you have an account on our system, you can follow these steps:
Go to https://www.nomoremarking.com and Log In.
Click on the Trust menu at the top of the screen:

As long as you have access to the Trust/consortium pages, you should now see several tabs on screen:
Schools
The Schools tab shows you the schools' overview page. As your schools carry out the subscription process, you will see their details begin to appear in the table.
To order each of the rows in the table (School, DfE etc.), just click on the relevant column heading.

If you click on the arrow to the left of the school name, it will open up into a list of all of the Users in that school who have access to the school's account.
To edit a User's name, double-click on the pencil icon next to the name.
To change the access permissions for a User, double-click on their entry in the Access column.
Permissions are for:
- admin - full access to the school's account and data
- finance - invoicing information access
- reports - access to the school's results reports only
- hub - just the Writing Hub
If you click the icon in the Tasks column on the right hand side, you will be taken to the 'Tasks' page for that particular school. This will show you the task progress for all tasks for that school.
Syllabus
The Syllabus tab shows you the tasks that your schools have been involved in, or will soon be involved in.
To order each of the rows in the table (Name, Academic Year etc.), just click on the relevant column heading.

As the results become available after each task, the crosses in the Reports Ready (for school reports) and Trust Reports Ready (for Trust reports) columns turn to ticks.
If you click the icon in the Tasks column on the right hand side, you will be taken to the 'Tasks' page for that particular task. This will show you the task progress for all of the schools.
Trust Reports
The Trust Reports tab takes you to the Trust-level reports for your schools.
To order each of the rows in the first three columns of the table, just click on the relevant column heading.

As the results become available after each task, the greyed-out icons become available for download:
Task Reports
- A PDF summary report for the Trust's schools
- A CSV file of the summary data for the Trust's schools
Student Reports
- A CSV file of the student-level data
Progress
- A Progress summary report for the Trust's schools
- A Progress CSV file of the summary data for the Trust's schools
- A Progress CSV file of the summary data for the Trust's schools (using Z scores)

Note: The check-boxes allow you to select which tasks to include in the Progress reports. The Progress reports will by default include results averages for ONLY those schools that have taken part in EVERY possible task - so if some tasks were not taken by all of your schools you might wish to deselect some tasks before generating a Progress report, to maximise the number of schools appearing.
Exemplars
This allows you to create a PDF report of exemplar scrips from this task, randomly chosen from across the range, just for your Trust. You can choose to create a report with 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 exemplar scripts.
Trust Contacts
The Trust Contacts tab shows you the details of all contacts who have access to the Trust/consortium site.
To order each of the rows in the table (Name, Academic Year etc.), just click on the relevant column heading.

To edit a User's name, double-click on the pencil icon next to the name.
To change the access permissions for a User, double-click on their entry in the Role column.
Permissions are for:
- admin - full access to the Trust account and data
- reports - access to the results reports only
- hub - just the Writing Hub
To add a new contact to your Trust pages, click on Add Trust Contact. They will need to have set up a No More Marking account on our site.
Tasks
The Tasks tab shows you the schools' progress in their national tasks.
To order each of the rows in the table (School, DfE etc.), just click on the relevant column heading.
