Getting started with No More Marking as a Trust
The Trust pages on our website are designed to be a useful tool for following the subscriptions and progress of your schools, as well as downloading school and Trust/consortium-level reports.
If you haven't yet set up an individual account with No More Marking (i.e. your own account, separate to the accounts of the schools in your Trust/consortium), then first of all, please set up an account by following these steps:
Go to https://www.nomoremarking.com and click on Sign up in the top-right of the page
In the box that appears, click on Sign Up in the top-right, and then enter your email address and a password in the boxes.
Then click on SIGN UP >
You have now set up an account on our system!
Next, now that you have an account on our system, you can follow these steps:
Go to https://www.nomoremarking.com and Log In.
Click on the Trust menu at the top of the screen:
If you see the following message, then you will need to contact us at support@nomoremarking.com to get your account set up to access your Trust/consortium information:
As long as you are set up to access your Trust/consortium information, you should see your Trust/consortium Name and Product(s) listed:
Click on the appropriate row and you will be taken to the relevant Trust/consortium page on the website.
You will see several tabs on screen:
The Schools tab shows you the schools' subscription progress. As your schools carry out the subscription process, you will see their details begin to appear in the table, and the crosses on the right hand side will turn to ticks.
If you click the icon in the Reports column on the right hand side, you will be taken to the 'School Reports' page for that particular school. This will give you access to all of the reports and CSV files for that school (the same downloads as the school themselves will see on their 'School Reports' page in their account).
The Contacts tab shows you the details of all contacts who have access to the Trust/consortium site:
To request the addition of a new contact, with full access to your Trust pages, just get in touch with us at support@nomoremarking.com
The Discount Codes tab shows you the discount coupon code(s) used by the schools when subscribing, in order to link them to the Trust/consortium:
The Tasks tab shows you the schools' progress in their national tasks:
Select the year group(s) and academic year(s) from the buttons on the left.
(You can also select to include only those tasks with 1 or more candidates having taken part.)
The Trust Candidates button in the top right allows you to download a CSV file of all pupil-level data for all cohorts that you have selected.
In the table:
Candidates - indicates how many candidates' details have been uploaded for the task.
Gen Scripts - shows whether the blank answer sheets have been generated for the task.
Cands with Scans - indicates how many candidates have had scripts uploaded.
Uploaded Pages - indicates how many pages in total have been uploaded.
Judges - tells you how many judges in the school have signed up to carry out the judging.
% Judging - shows how much of the recommended total judging has been carried out.

The Reports tab allows you to download Trust/consortium-level PDF reports and CSV files, which compare the performances from all of the schools in the group for a national task.
