How do I add task owners to my NMM task?
Here are the instructions for adding a Task Owner role to staff/ teachers. This type of access is exclusive to a specific task for handling responsibilities like importing pupil details, generating coded tests, uploading scanned responses, inviting judges, among other task processes. It does not grant the user access to the school's NMM paid subscription account and its other tasks.
Please note that the person you are adding to become a 'Task owner' must create a free NMM account, if they don't have one yet, before you could proceed to the next steps. Otherwise, the instructions below would not work at all.
Log in to your NMM account
Click My Tasks
Open the task you want to add a Task owner to
Click the Settings tab
On the Settings page, click the Owners tab, type the email address of the person you are adding, and click the Add button as shown on the screenshot below:
Done successfully, you should be able to see the email address on the right side of the page.
To remove a Task owner, tick the tiny box on the left side of the email address then click the Trash bin icon on top.
In compliance with GDPR regulations, only persons with current 'Admin access' to the school's NMM account can add and/ or delete task owners. It could not be done from our end.
