How to re- allocate judging items to other judges?
During the judging process, there may be situations when you would need to adjust judging quotas or re- assign (re allocate) judgments from one judge to another.
Here's how to do it:
Log in to your NMM account
Open the relevant task
Click a. Run judging session. to access the Judges page as shown on the screenshot below:
Tick the tiny box before a judge's email address to activate the editor and then click the Update Quota button as shown on the screenshot below:
NOTE: Unless you tick a box, the editor would stay greyed- out.
A popup window will appear, type the sum of the current quota plus the additional judgments
For example: The current judge's quota is 100 + 20 additional judgments = 120 is the number to type
Click Update as shown on the screenshot below:
NOTE: You have to repeat these steps for each judge you want to change the quota for because the system could no longer adjust judges' quotas automatically once judging on your task has started.
