AI-enhanced custom tasks: overview
Our website allows any user to set up a free account and carry out a custom task using Comparative Judgement. A custom task is a bespoke assessment that uses your own task and follows your own calendar. It’s the opposite of a national task, where we set the task and calendar. In the settings box, you can enter your task title, any supporting information, and the criteria you would like the AI to use to assess the writing. Just paste the details into the relevant boxes. The AI will use the information in the criteria box to set the categories in the feedback reports. For all of our national projects AI judging is included free in your subscription and we will start the AI judging for you. National projects include ISW, APW, AWAP and AAW. If you create a custom task, however, you are in control of setting off the judging. Once you have purchased submissions and set the criteria for the AI, you can set Chloe judging. If you want to use AI-enhanced custom tasks, you'll need to purchase AI credits. Only subscribers to our annual products can purchase AI credits. We have three annual products: Assessing Primary Writing (£750 / year), Improving Secondary Writing (£895 / year), and AI Custom Tasks (£500 / year).
